Refund policy

Our policy lasts 10 business days.

If 10 business days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please read the product description for the items you purchase before checkout. Customers not reading and understanding what they are buying is the number 1 reason for returns and it costs everyone involved time and money. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. It also cannot have been installed or modified in any way.

Once an item has been received and processed for return, a refund will be given.  If you paid with credit card, a refund will be issued for the refund amount.

Please note that no shipping cost will be refunded on any orders!
